We ship all orders from Turku, Finland. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
– Finland: 3-5 business days
– Other countries: 4–7 business days

You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on the way.
Note: As each bag is handmade with care, and we don't maintain a large stock of each colorway, the delivery time may exceed the estimated timeframe. That said, we will get your dream bag to you asap.
Return & Exchange Policy
Not what you expected? No worries. You have 14 days to return your product after receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
